Patrick McDonald


Mr. McDonald started working with PMIS, Inc after graduating from high school in 1994.  During this time, Mr. McDonald continued his education by earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Del E Web School of Construction/Ira A Fulton College of Engineering at Arizona State University.  While at PMIS, Mr. McDonald help to develop models to establish current and future maintenance budget.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, Mr. McDonald attended the University of Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with emphasis in Finance and Urban Economics & Development.  Mr. McDonald worked for the City of Lakewood, Colorado as street maintenance supervisor and an inspector for new street construction and maintenance.  Mr. McDonald also worked for the Colorado Department of Transportation as a construction inspector and materials manager on major highway projects including the Eisenhower Tunnel.  He also worked for a heavy highway contractor as the materials and quality control supervisor for construction of new streets and pavement maintenance. Mr. McDonald also worked for geotechnical consulting engineering firms as a materials quality control and pavement specialist and manager.  He started Pavement Maintenance Information Source (PMIS) to provide quality pavement maintenance consulting for homeowners associations and owners of commercial property.  Mr. McDonald authored and co-authored 3 books on pavement maintenance and management.
